iCloud drive doesn't sync since 9.3 update

Anyone has this problem?
I am adding images on my MAC to iCloud drive.
When I go to my iPhone it shows that it was synced, but the images are not there.
I can see them on my old IOS of Ipad, I can see it on my MAC, but not on the 9.3 IOS iPhone.
Any thoughts?
