I'm running Ventura.

In the past I remember iCloud document settings giving me the option to optimize or download originals, similar to the Photos app. Has this changed? I don't see this choice in settings anywhere. I have a new computer. If there is enough space on my computer, will iCloud eventually download full copies of all my files in the documents folder, or is it operating on an 'optimize' model by default now?
