iCloud Drive game save issues

I got a 6S Plus just recently. Due to some issues with the phone I got it exchanged. Before I did I uploaded my game saves for Final Fantasy VII and Star Wars KOTOR. iCloud Drive showed them both in the settings. When I set up my new phone, I downloaded FFVII and see the latest upload being the day of the exchange. When I download the game save, it actually downloads a game save from 3 days earlier (getting rid of significant play time, 10 hours to be exact). SW:KOTOR just doesn't show the save at all yet iCloud Drive does.

Any thought on a fix?
