Why does Apple make it seem like there is an iOS app out there for iCloud Drive?

I installed iOS 8 and have enabled it, but can't see anything like they are showing on their tutorials.

I want to know the same thing. I have a lot of notes and data stored in Text Edit. I can access this on iCloud.com but I can't access it from the phone or iPad.
