iCloud Drive issue (can't activate Desktop and Documents)

Hi

I updated to High Sierra last night, and since then I've had problems with iCloud Drive on 1 user.

I can't seem to activate "Desktop and Documents Folder" in the iCloud preferences, and therefore I can't sync with my other macs.

Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is?
