iCloud Drive issues on GM1

I am having some issues with iCloud Drive on 10.10 GM1:

- I cannot access drive via normally clicking on it in the sidebar. I can only open it by opening it in a new tab.

- I cannot create folders nor drag n' drop files into iCloud Drive.
