iCloud Drive missing all together

When I go to finder my iCloud drive is missing all together. I'm on GM 3, but the drive has been missing for a number of Beta's.

Anyone else not seeing it? I can't find it in spotlight and all my apps that use it seem to find it fine. Mr Google hasn't helped either.

Took at least 30 minutes for the iCloud drive to set up in iCloud, before I could see it.
