If you go to apple.com and look at the screen captures for Yosemite, the ones related to iCloud Drive show you that you can put files as well as create folders within iCloud Drive and they are not stored within the Pages or Numbers iCloud Drive folders. I have tried and tried to do this with no luck. If I create a folder outside of Pages and Numbers but within iCloud Drive, it always appears within my root user folder. Anyone been successful in doing this? Is this a bug that hopefully will be fixed?

I don't think Pages and Numbers are upgraded/updated to work with iCloud Drive yet. I know that Pages and Numbers aren't ready in iCloud.com - they also notice that when you are asked if you want to upgrade to iCloud Drive.
