Hi,
After updating to Beta 3, when asked if I wanted to upgrade to iCloud Drive, I said yes. However later when I checked my iCloud settings, it said it was 'off' so I tried to upgrade and every time I try it says "upgrade failed".
I get the same error on both my iPhone and iPad.
Anybody having the same issue, or has anyone found a fix?
Thanks!

The release notes state the following:

Known issue
iCloud Drive may not be correctly enabled on a 2nd device after signing in via Buddy or Settings.

Workaround: Logging out of iCloud, logging back in and enabling iCloud Drive should resolve the issue. In some cases, you may need to try these steps more than once

Quoting myself, but it's working for me now. I didn't do anything other than wait a bit then try again on the same device.

I just got it to work for me. My guess is it took a while for Apple to enable it after releasing the new beta.

The release notes state the following:

Thanks, that worked. First time it didn't work, but then I noticed Documents and Data was still there and was on. So I switched it off (it disappeared) then logged out and in again and then the upgrade worked!
Thanks so much!

Give it some time. As with anything, when it's first released to the masses....even just the developers, new services seem to fail, or are otherwise borked. I wouldn't fight it too much with restores, reinstalls, etc.....till at least tomorrow afternoon.

Most times, the server issues clear up overnight as the requests die down.
