iCloud Drive usage increasing by 0.1 MB everyday

Everyday my iCloud Drive storage usage increases by 0.1 MB. What could be causing this? I don't save anything new to it. A week or two ago, it was using around 3 MB.

What could be causing this?

Normal iCloud sync activity could look like that. It's nothing at all to be concerned about.
