iCloud Drive won't sync and onedrive

I have my iCloud Drive working perfectly syncing my Documents folder.

I just added a onedrive folder under documents and onedrive will not send that to the cloud.

Any ideas why and is it possible to change?

OneDrive should be out in the root level of your User's folder. You can't put a cloud sync app like OneDrive, GoogleDrive and Dropbox inside iCloud drive.
