Icloud Erase my mac - How to undo?

I lost my mac and used the iclouds passcode and erase my mac function, I have found the mac now and removed the passcode on the machine however becuase I set the machine to be erased I cant mount the partitions.

I have access to the machine, and when I use disk utility, I can see the hard-drives (one SSD with OS on, one SATA with data on) both are unmountable.

Is there anyway I can remount them to be used again?

They probably need repartitioning (to HFS Extended, journalled).

You will then need to restore all your data from your backup.
