icloud find my iphone NOT synchroon

i have trouble with my map background on the icloud,find my iphone .
the dot's of my iphones and map are correct,but not correct displayed to the map on the background.with refreshing the page it is not correct,it doesn't seem synchroon.it has a stripe with no information on the map(picture)
how can i fix this?
