iCloud for PC

So first off I'm probably in the wrong area to discuss this so maybe someone could redirect me.
Secondly my query: The iCloud app for Windows 10. As I'm sure you're aware this app is partially broken & has been since I can remember. Specifically the Bookmarks section of iCloud settings. Is it ever going to be fixed?
You must know the problem. It relates to using bookmarks with Firefox where it insists that you add an extension to Firefox (iCloud Bookmarks) even if you already have that extension installed. It's broken, busted, faulty & doesn't work.
Is there any intention whatsoever of fixing it? Why, since it's not working, would Apple recommend that I install it?
Please, either stop promoting it or fix it.

The iCloud app or program for Windows 10 never worked for me.
via the store to Microsoft store.
i could never log in correctly and the program had red text that stated something i forgot
and cared less about
so i gave up in 2019.
but this was just through iCloud, not firefox.

i think syncing from iCloud to Firefox on windows 10 is with hit or miss
depending on what is allowed or blocked from an outside source from the web browser privacy settings.

good luck, but i think that is not worth the efforts and time,
seems to me firefox wants you to sing up and in with them.

Edge syncs my Dell XPS and iPad and syncs better than safari does.
