iCloud Frozen

Hi...Now I got a real problem. i was opening the access to iCloud when it hung-up while loading and now it is frozen in place. I can't delete it and I can't shut-down the computer, but I can reduce it and all other applications do open, but the Apple system preferences is stuck on the frozen iCloud application. Any ideas?

Force quit finder,That might work
