iCloud is being a HUGE pain!

I installed iCloud on my PC and set my Photo Stream to default at the desktop when it downloads pictures from the cloud just as a test. I can't seem to edit my iCloud picture location now, and when I click the "options" button by Photo Stream in the iCloud control panel, nothing happens. My desktop is starting to clutter up like hell. Anyone know how to fix this it would be of great help.
