Hi,

Trying to sync iCloud photos to iPhone but the photo album just says updating.

I’ve turned iCloud photos on.

In the iPhone settings menu, clicked on iCloud, then my name and it says ‘account details unavailable’

I’ve tried to reset the phone but it won’t let me sign out of find my iPhone - verification failed - there was an error connecting to iCloud.

Any ideas what to do? At the minute it looks like I’m not signed into iCloud but it won’t let me sign out of find my iPhone to do a factory reset.
