iCloud lock on Apple Silicon Macs with multiple user accounts

How does iCloud lock work on Apple Silicon Macs when there are multiple user accounts all signed into their own iCloud accounts? If I want to reset the Mac and erase everything do I need to sign out of ALL accounts signed into iCloud or can ANY admin account can override all other sign ins?

+1 I am wondering this exact same thing. My wife and I each have our own MacBooks, but I was literally thinking about that the other day. Back in the 00s when I was in elementary school, we had a PowerBook G4 where everyone in the family had an account. I wonder if these days, everyone just gets their own computer .
