I would appreciate some assistance in understanding which iCloud folders sync with their Outlook counterpart folders...

I ask this because I have noticed that iCloud mail when accessed through the web has folders named Draft / Sent / Trash / Junk while Outlook has folders titled Deleted Items / Junk E-Mail / Sent Items which do not appear to be the same...

It would be hugely helpful were there a way to get these to sync so any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks,

Joel

Update to the above post...

1. I can confirm that the iCloud folders Draft / Sent / Trash / Junk are different than the Outlook folders Deleted Items / Junk E-Mail / Sent Items...this makes managing e-mails through Outlook extremely difficult because actions / decisions are not mirrored in iCloud.

This is -- at least to me -- a significant omission by one of Apple or Microsoft.

2. Is there an application or a way to tie the iCloud folders and the Outlook folders together so that managing iCloud e-mails through Outlook is possible without having to manually and separately go into one's iCloud account.

And before anyone suggest leaving Outlook please note that my company's platform is Outlook and that I am looking to keep my life simple which means having one mail clients which, in this case, is Outlook.

Thanks in advance,

Joel
