So, I've ran in to a particular issue, curious if anyone else has the same.
Issue:

I will read, move, delete or otherwise various actions an email in my iCloud email account on my iPhone (14PM), but said changes are not syncing to my iPad or my MacBook pro. This has resulted in up to 100 emails marked as "unread" on my other devices. I have also found that emails i send using my iPhone are not showing up in the Sent folder across other devices.

If I read, move, delete or otherwise action an email on my MacBook, My iPad, or even icloud.com those changes will sync to my iPhone, and everything is how it should be.

This issue only seems to occur in relation to my iCloud account specifically, i have both my work exchange account and personal Gmail account synced in the Mail app as well and have no issues.

I have already tried turning off iCloud mail and waiting a bit then turning it back on, to no success. I also submitted feedback and am waiting for a response. At this point, I'm debating a full restore of my iPhone but would like to avoid it if possible.

Well, after no response leading me to believe I was kinda alone in this issue, and much to personal annoyance I ended up doing a restore once 16.3 went official this morning. the good news is it seems to have fixed my iCloud mail sync issue.
