I have an iPhone5 & an iMac 27inch, running ios 10.6.8

I would like to sort my contacts into groups & know that this is done in (or on) iCloud.

I have updated software & enabled iCloud on the phone, but when going into settings on the mac, iCloud doesnt appear. I assume this is because I am not running the very latest ios. Is that correct? If so, is there any way around it (other than installing latest ios)? Which I do not want to do, as I cannot afford it.

If so, is there any other software that I can use to do this?

thanks.

I don't think Snow Leopard has iCloud enabled, only Lion and higher.

Also, it's osX not iOS for your mac.

iPhone --> iOS
Mac --> osX

I don't believe there is any other way of using iCloud unless you upgrade your OS.

so you should upgrade to mountain lion now to have icloud enabled.
