Music usage is messed up in iOS 8. If you play a song you bought on iTunes it downloads while you listen to it, like with ios7. However unlike ios7, music does not show in usage so you cannot clear space if you listened to alot of songs. You also cannot delete these songs manually in the music app because the song/album still shows the cloud download button next to it.
Only if you download a song in the music app via the cloud button, you can swipe to delete a song/album within the music app. It will than also show music in usage but trying to click on it crashes the settings app most of the time.

This sucks if you are low on space, I'm already missing almost a GB.
