iCloud not logging in and keychain not working

I can't log onto iCloud today for facetime or messages on my Mac. When I try I get this message.

"Keychain "login" cannot be found to store "regesitrationV1.''

I try resetting the password and nothing happens or changes. I haven't changed any settings but since I turned it on this morning it started doing this. I have the latest version or Sierra.
