iCloud NOTES not syncing

Just moved to Mexico and for 3 days anything I submit into my iPhone will not transfer over to my notes on my macbook air using Yosemite. Everything was working fine until I moved here.

Any ideas?

When I input new note on macbook air, it doesn't show up on iCloud.com
