Hello!

I have a spreadsheet that keeps all of my company's information. Filling cells with certain colors is one of the ways it is organized.

We wanted access to this on mobile devices so we put it in on icloud. When we pulled it down, it reformatted and the color fills were lost... on ALL the versions, including those on the iMacs.

Is there a way to get that old version back?

Reorganizing that thing is going to cost a fortune.

Do you have the native Numbers app on your Mac? If so, can't you browse through past versions of the document and restore it to that past version?

I do have numbers locally. How do I go through past versions?

It says there was an error retrieving it from time machine and no previous versions are available.

Any other thoughts?

So you clicked on "Browse Versions" under the arrow that's to the right of the document title and it said there were no previous versions? Can I see a screenshot of this?
