iCloud on Windows - Optimize Storage

On a Mac, there is an option for iCloud documents to optimize storage by storing older files only in iCloud, saving space on the local computer.

I recently downloaded iCloud for Windows but I don't see this option anywhere, and it appears as if my only option is to download the full contents of iCloud drive to the PC's hard drive.

Is the optimize storage setting unavailable for Windows?
