ICloud Outgoing Server Time Out

Over the last week or so, my father in laws Mac Mini will not send emails from his iCloud account. It keeps giving him the error ""p52-imap.mail.me.com" on the default port timed out". I can't find a way to see the server to edit it. I tried signing out of iCloud and resigning in and nothing. I also tried taking the ICloud mail account out and re setting it up and still the same message.

Any help or guidance?
