icloud photo ..how to upload just a few photo from iphone to icloud

hi when i tap on the icloud photo library (beta) it upload all my photo from my iphone to the icloud.can i upload just a few photo from my iphone to the icloud but not the entire photo library . after uploading how to view the uploaded photo in my iphone? pls help...

An uploaded photo will still be viewable on your device without any effort on your part since everything is in sync.
If you have it set to optimize space on iPhone, it'll download to your device when you view the full size image in the photos app.
