I have iCloud drive activated on all devices, iPhone 6, iPad Air and iMac. I have also switched on iCloud Photo Library.

My question is how do I get photos into iCPL...? I have thousands of pics on Aperture and would like to import some / all to iCPL, I have tried using PhotoSync to copy pictures to the iPhone which works, but none of my iCloud storage is being used up...what should I be doing?

Thx

I am looking for the answer over a week already. Right now the only method I could have found is, transferring photos from my Mac to iOS device with a third party app (like photosync) and letting the iOS device upload the photos to the iCloud library.

As of now, there is no application to check if they are uploaded to iCloud library other than iOS photo app. So I don't want to spend too much time uploading all until I find a better/faster way.

iCloud drive photo library is a JOKE right now riddled with bugs and flaws. Best bet, stay off of it for now.
