I am doing a clean install with El Capitan. I use the iCloud Photo Library and want to move the original from my old Mac to the new one. When I move the actual local library "Photos Library" to the new Mac, it tells me that I need more online storage - i.e. it looks like it is planning to upload everything again. I want to avoid creating duplicates by going down that route. At the same time I want to avoid having to download everything from the cloud on the new Mac.

Any advice? Experience?
Thanks!
