iCloud Photo Library missing

So i updated both my and my wifes ip5 to ios8.

On my phone i get the icloud photo library, but on my wifes she doesnt have that option. I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this, or a solution to this?

I have the same problem with my account. I think this is due to Family Sharing is enabled and this is somehow affects to possibility to enable iCloud photo library.
when logged in with my different account with no Family sharing enabled, I can see iCloud photo library (beta) in settings.
