I have successfully imported my iPhotos library (14,000 photos) into the new Photos app and synced to iCloud Photo Library.
Now I want to enable iCloud Photo Library on my iPhone. But I don't really want my iPhone to upload all its photos into the library - I have already put all the iPhone photos I want onto my Mac (via iPhotos in the past). Also, it seems like lots of duplicate photos will occur unless iCloud magically knows that many photos on my phone are the same as those on my Mac. Has anybody done this and know how it works?
