iOS 8.0.2 comes out, all of a sudden all my photos (going back 4-5 years) are not in my photos app anymore.

I go to settings, photos and see that iCloud Photo Library has been turned off... I turn it on and the following message appears:

iCloud Photo Library Not Yet Available
We're adding users daily. Come back soon to start using iCloud Photo Library.

So, what I'm I supposed to do now? I have around 40GB of my 200GB iCloud Storage occupied by my photos (which means they are still there), but no way to access them.

Any help?

Thanks in advance

Do you have a backup of these photos? The first time you turned iCloud photo library on you should have seen a warning message telling you to ensure you had a backup while the service was in beta.

Nearly a month prior to 09-19-14 launch for my iPhone 6 128GB VZ Space Gray. I uploaded EVERYTHING to Dropbox just to have some gigs freed up on my iPhone 5 black 16 GB. Sometimes I do things that make sense to me.
