iCloud Photo Library Web Portal

Does anyone know if the iCloud Photo Library Web Portal will be an icon on iCloud.com or will it be a seperate URL?

I'm presuming, as it would surely make sense to put it there, for it to be in iCloud.com. I'm guessing that it will go live on Monday with the release of the public beta of iCloud Photo Library and iOS 8.1. I'm hoping I can ditch iPhoto and move entirely to iCloud Photo Library on the web until Photo's for Mac comes out.

Yep that's it. It looks to be live on http://beta.icloud.com/#photos but requires 8.1. I thought maybe it would work for those that activated the beta on 8.0.2 but I guess not.

...yep, that link does indeed work but as you correctly point out, when you log in, it then asks you to update your iDevices to iOS 8.1.

I guess everything will 'just work' as soon as Monday comes around (as this is when 8.1 goes live).
