iCloud Photo & Lightroom

I'm sure the future version of iPhoto, or whatever its going to be called, will have the ability to sync with the full quality of the photos from iCloud. If we were to upload our photos to iCloud from an iDevice, how do we import the full quality photos to Lightroom or any other similar apps if the iDevice has the lower quality cache version?

Change the setting to store the full resolution locally.
