Icloud photo settings page blank?

I just got a new iPhone 7. I am on iOS 11.1.2. I restored my phone from a backup of my iPhone 5s running iOS 9.0.2.

When I go to settings->my name->icloud ->Photos, it takes me to a blank page. There's no settings to toggle or anything. I uploaded a screenshot.

Is there any fix for this? Is it a result of backing up from an old iOS? Will there be other problems in the future?
