iCloud photo sharing

Good day,
when I share photos by new iCloud photo sharing in iOS 12. Windows will not download photos. It is really slow and after while it will stop.
On Mac it is ok.
Someone has the same problem?

The problem occurs only with about 10+ photos. I gave it time to photos be on iCloud.
