iCloud Photos and vídeos

Is there a way to disable the auto upload of vídeos to iCloud Photos?

I have a crappy upload speed and normally i don't keep the videos on my phone. But every time i record a video and i get home, my phone starts to upload the vídeos. If i copy them to my computer and delete them before they finish to upload, the photos app gets "stuck" trying to send the non-existing videos which forces me to disable and re-enable the iCloud Photos.

If i wait to the upload finishes and then delete the videos, it can take hours to upload any video...

So, it would be great if there was a option to upload only photos...

If you just want photos, use photo stream and not icloud library. It will only keep 1000 photos, but that does not seem like it will be a problem for you.

Well, that was not what i wanted... Mainly because I don't use photo stream on my other devices and defeats the propose of backing up my photos on iCloud Photos Library.
