So I currently use iCloud photos. I just reset my phone without a backup so that I could start fresh. I have deleted my photos multiple times now and they keep restoring. I still want to use iCloud photos but want to start fresh and get rid of the old ones. No matter what I do they keep coming back. I have made sure my photos stream is unchecked and this is the only apple device that I own so they should be in photo stream. Any ideas?
