I need help, I have already done a research and seems other people are having same issues.
I visited my family in San Francisco and came across a problem in the last 3 days pictures taken on 20 of June, 2018 appear as today 24 of June, 2018. This also I suspect is related with iOS 11 new file format .HEIC instead of .JPG as I remember before all this happened under settings ==>camera==>format I had High Efficiency marked off instead of Most Compatible.
My workflow operations
On my iPhone 7 I have iCloud synced, when I finished a day of taking pictures I go to my windows think pad and go to the downloads folder to view my pictures taken on iPhone, then I proceed to cit&paste to a specific folder I have set up on my hard disk to sync with iCloud online and until now I had not experience any issues.
I have tried many ways to correct the problems, I played around by removing the pictures completely from the synced folder and redropping it again (no result), outing the pictures on google, outlook drive and then accessing the drives from my iPhone and downloading hem again to my iPhone (no results), I have tried creating duplicates (no result), all the time the same pictures have the date modified not the date taken, this messes up my nearly time cronology on my iCloud library on both iPhone and iCloud photos online.
Anyone having similar issues.
