Hello! I've two minor questions that I'd like to see clarified since I don't understand why that happens. It's a minor 'bug' I believe or maybe just a normal process but I really don't get why.

1. I had for more than a month now a picture of me on my iCloud account settings (the picture displaying when you go to the iCloud settings on iDevice's or even on Mac's), today I'd a bug with handoff so I signed everything out and then back in again and noticed that my account picture changed to the default eagle picture. Is there a reason why that happened? Just curious...

2. All of my Mac pictures are in my iCloud account (more than 20 gb), and I used my iCloud account in all my devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac etc) and noticed when I signed back in that my Photos app in Mac is uploading all the pictures again (20GB) instead of just checking what's in the cloud and still keep the ones I've stored in my local disk on Mac (which are the same pic's), why the hell is it uploading again the same stuff just because I signed out and signed in back again?

3. For handoff to work do I really need to have both bluetooth and wifi turned on in the devices? Isn't the wifi only enough?

Thank you!
