iCloud preferences empty? 10.7.2

i updated to 10.7.2 yesterday. but whenever i open iCloud tab in my system preferences it shows up empty?

anyone know what the problem is? My system says its on 10.7.2.

how can i reinstal 10.7.2? so it might work.
