iCloud Push Email with 4.3.3 not working

Hey guys.

I have two phones. One with ios5 beta and the other 4.3.3. I setup icloud on the ios5 phone and it works great.

I tried to set it up on the 4.3.3 phone. It's working (calendar, contact, email) but my email is not pushing, I have to manually fetch.

Can anybody help me out or have ICLOUD PUSH EMAIL working in 4.3.3?

having the same problem.
except i have iOS 5 on both devices, my iPhone 4 and my iPad 2.
MobileMe account pushes just fine, iCloud account is not pushing.
iCloud push on my iMac works, though.
