icloud question for multiple iphones

My wife and I currently share my itunes account so we can download paid apps to both phones. If she creates another account to access icloud, will she still be able to use the appstore with my account?

Also, can our ipad sync with multiple icloud accounts?

I'm wondering the same thing about iCloud and app store user being different on the same device so hope someone can help. If not I'll fin out when I see my parents tomorrow and set their devices up!

As for iPad, I can only see one iCloud account in the iCloud settings but can add multiple iCloud accounts in mail and then enable photos, data etc thru that so not sure what the crack is!
