Just got a new 7 plus

My photos from my 6 are uploaded to iCloud, I can sign into iCloud.com on my mac an see them fine

what do I need to do so I can see them on my 7 plus (I am on wifi)

Turn on iCloud Photo Library in Settings > Photos

After you turn on iPL, you should see a selection to optimize or have full res on the device. If you optimize, you’ll just have low res photos on your phone and it’ll download the full res as you view them. For newer photos you take I believe you’ll have the full res ones unless you start running out of storage.
