I had IOS 10b2 then then I just downgraded back to 9.3.2 things are all to normal except some apps need to be reinstalled and I'm missing all my iMessages. I see an iCloud backup right before I downgraded so if I wipe the phone can I still restore what's in my iCloud back again?

Thanks

I'm trying to find the best option...I found a week old iTunes backup for IOS9 can I use it to restore but without wiping the phone so it won't overnight my recent pictures?

No, and to make matters worse iCloud will no longer allow you to restore any non iOS 10 backups at all, even on iOS 9. You must use iTunes.

For photos you'll have to save them elsewhere if you want to keep them.
