Here is what is happening. About a month ago I took my wife's iPad mini 3 and changed it with my own iPad mini 1. I created iCloud backups on our different iCloud accounts and then reset both iPads and restored from iCloud and everything was fine. All my information was now on the iPad mini 3 and all her information was on the iPad mini 1. I now need to do the opposite, give back the iPad mini 3 to my wife and take back my own iPad mini 1. So I did the exact same thing after upgrading to iOs 9. I backed up both iPads to iCloud and I was then able to restore my iPad mini 1 fine from iCloud and all my information is now back on my iPad mini 1. However I am having issues with my wife's iPad Mini 3. When trying to reset all settings and restore from iCloud in the process it tells me that there are no backups available. Actually it says that there is still 5 gb of space available on her account. Basically an empty account. Also the picture shown is incorrect. It is actually my picture.
The problem is that when I check on her iPhone 5s, which is logged in to the exact same iCloud account (hers of course), I can see the backup that I performed yesterday. I can also see the proper picture, hers (much better to look at than my own by the way).
So any ideas on what to do here?
