iCloud Restored

It depends on your internet connection and how large your backup is, but I'd say probably less than 20 minutes.
 
I am able using the phone but it says restoring in iCloud. Does this include all my iCloud Photo Library and Apple Music?

Could the 30000 photos in the cloud and 20000 songs in Apple Music cloud be causing the issue?
