iCloud songs not showing up in Apple Music Library app

I used to be able to see all of the music I have purchased in the past but not downloaded to my phone in my library. All of the music I have uploaded from cds and such is under the Downloaded tab. Right now they are both the same.

I refuse to turn on Sync Library because it messes up all of my metadata/artwork. Having that off wasn’t an issue in the past.

No Offense intended - but this is one of the reasons I switched to Spotify at the beginning of Catalina and iOS 13 - works great for me

Spotify keeps all my streaming music separate from my Main music library of my 25+ year collection of CD's and other purchased music files from amazon and iTunes store etc.

iOS devices (iPad Pro and 2 iPhones) are identical on Spotify and no confusion with the Music (iTunes) library

I use music app to sync my large library of "purchased music" to iOS devices and Spotify for streaming new music - Spotify has a better selection too IMHO
