i am paying for 200gb of storage in apples new icloud pricing, does that allotment of space cover all the accounts on the family sharing or specific to individual icloud accounts? i noticed my wifes phone and ipad still showing 5gb, anything i'm doing wrong or is storage not sharable?

Family sharing allows you to share purchases in iTunes, App Stores, and iBooks, a family photo album, a family calendar and your device locations. It does not share iCloud storage or accounts. If you share your iCloud account, you will be sharing personal information - contacts, calendars, etc as listed in Settings>iCloud and potentially, calls (FaceTime >iPhone cellular calls while on the same wifi). I recommend never sharing an iCloud account. http://www.apple.com/icloud/family-sharing/
